6. Relocation: In the case of an application for the relocation of a hot mix asphalt plant for which an authorization has already been issued, the applicant may provide an attestation certifying that there has been no change in the data prescribed in paragraphs d, e and f of section 5 instead of providing the information and documents prescribed in those paragraphs.

6.
